CLARITY aims to provide rehabilitation, support and essential training to help people from low-to middle-income families recover from and manage their psychiatric illnesses, so that they can find sustainable and meaningful livelihood. its planned programmes include counselling, psycho-social education, community outreach, care-giver education and support, occupational therapy and employment support.
- Individual sessions - Psychological therapy and counselling sessions tailor made to meet the needs the beneficiaries. The length of each session may range from 45mins to 1 hour.
- Group-work sessions - These are offered for groups of between 6 to 12 persons with similar issues to deal with. The number of sessions ranges from 4 to 12, and the length of each session is about 2 hours.
- Therapeutic interventions to a wide range of mood & anxieties related issues including: depression, anxiety, bipolar, adjustment, gender identity, self mutilation, etc.
- A diversity of workshops to simulate personal and family growth and to improve and enrich one's enjoyment of life.
