The St Vincent de Paul Society provides food rations, financial and educational aid including general counselling and advice on family and financial matters to the poor and marginalized living in the area.

Counselling Services by Family Life Society
Trained lay counsellors from Family Life Society (FLS) have made themselves available twice a week in the evenings of Tuesdays and Thursdays to offer a listening ear and advice to parishioners.

Bethany Headstart
Bethany Headstart helps students from families of SSVP FINS and families in the Chai Chee/Bedok area living in 1-room HDB flats by providing free tuition and act as mentors to help students improve in their schoolwork and develop their self-esteem and confidence.

Ministry of the Sick
The Ministry visits the sick at home and in hospitals.

Legion of Mary
The purpose of the Legion is to mirror Mary. It fosters a deeper devotion to Mary and understanding of the faith to everyone. The Legion’s work include rosary recitation, bringing good cheer and to pray as one with the sick and to be of service to the poor and needy.

This Ministry is committed to pray at wakes for the departed and provide comfort to the bereaving families.

Celebration of Friendship with Intellectually Disabled Persons and their Families
This program is run by Faith & Light Community. They welcome people with intellectual disabilities, their families and friends of all faith, ages and abilities, to help all realize that everyone is a special gift from God. They come together as a community to share, listen and lend support to each other. It organizes social gatherings, retreats, and masses to provide pastoral and community support and to nurture the Catholic community to welcome and accept these people into the Church.
